A Case of Hand-Schuller-Christian Disease

Abstract

|
A case of Hand-Schuller-Christian disease in a 3 year and one month-old girl is presented. The patient was admitted with chief complaints of polydypsia, polyuria and moderate exophthalmos associated with severe emaciation.
The diagnosis was co_-nfirmed by clinical findings (classical triad), radiological evidences (destructive defects of the bones) and biopsy findings. The review of literature was made briefly.
